Re-Registration

All prospective students who have COMPLETED the payment for tuition fee must re-register. This re-registration is required to validate the registered information of each new student in UC Makassar.

The re-registration process in UC Makassar is divided into two stages, which are:

  1. The 1st Stage of Re-registration, which must be completed within 15 days after completion of payment.

  2. The 2nd Stage of Re-registration, which needs to be uploading some documents and submitting hardcopy files from 1st stage of Re-registration and additional documents, will be opened starts from July 2022.

You will receive an email reminder for each phase of the re-registration.

1st Stage of Re-registration

  • Check your registration/form number and your registration password.

  • Login to: https://cis.uc.ac.id/index.php/ses_admission/csb and type in your form number and password.

  • Fill in student and parent data entirely and truthfully.

  • Prepare the following document scans to be uploaded in the jpeg/pdf format :

    • Birth Certificate
    • Family Card
    • Report Card of Grade 10-11
    • Colored photo, wearing a white shirt and black suit, in a red background

1st stage of re-registration must be completed within 15 days after completion of payment.

Note: For prospective students who completed their payment before 30 December 2021 must complete the re-registration before 15 January 2022.

2nd Stage of Re-registration

  • Check your registration/form number and your registration password.

  • Login to: https://cis.uc.ac.id/index.php/ses_admission/csb and type in your form number and password.

  • Prepare the following document scans to be uploaded in the jpeg/pdf format :

    • Report Card of Grade 12
    • High School Diploma. If unavailable, it may be substituted with the Certificate of Graduation
    • Citizen ID Card/Passport
  • Prepare the following documents to be sent/collected in hardcopy :

    • Collect the Student Biodata Form that has been filled in in the 1st stage of re-registration (download and print the biodata form, then sign on the duty stamp)

    • Collect the Scholarship Agreement Letter, which has been signed by the student and parent on a duty stamp. *for scholarship recipients with SPP/SKS deductions only

  • The 2nd stage of re-registration documents will be collected at the UC Makassar campus from 8 July – 31 August 2022.

2nd stage of re-registration begins on 1 July 2022

Delay in re-registering both the 1st and 2nd stage without confirmation will automatically cancel the registration.

Important Notes :

  • Prospective students who re-register both 1st and 2nd stage in December 2021 until 31 August 2022 will take part in the new student orientation program (1stperiod), and prospective students who re-register both 1st and 2nd stage starting in September 2022 will follow the new student orientation program (2nd period)
