Starting a New Chapter of Higher Education in Eastern Indonesia

Universitas Ciputra Makassar exists with one conviction: that the immense potential of the young generation in Eastern Indonesia must be facilitated through education that is relevant to industry needs and the changing times. Therefore, the establishment of Universitas Ciputra Makassar since 2021 was not merely an addition of a higher education institution in this city, but a commitment to creating a transformative educational ecosystem. We are here with the spirit to shape a young generation that is not only academically bright, but also possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership, and character with integrity. Everything is packaged in an innovative, collaborative learning process that is integrated with the business and professional worlds.

Heritage and Innovation as Our Foundation

Universitas Ciputra Makassar stands on a solid foundation built upon the 15-year experience of Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, which has proven its excellence in entrepreneurship education. Universitas Ciputra Surabaya has become one of the top higher education institutions in Indonesia, ranking 55th nationally and among the top 8 higher education institutions in East Java (in 2020). This achievement was reached alongside the ‘A’ accreditation earned by Universitas Ciputra, making it a benchmark for entrepreneurship education, not only in Indonesia but also across various countries.

Vision of Universitas Ciputra Makassar: To Be the Best in Eastern Indonesia

We come with a clear vision “To be the best in Makassar, in Sulawesi, and in Indonesia.”, positioning us as a leading higher education institution in Makassar, in Sulawesi, and in Eastern Indonesia. We want to be a ‘home’ for dreamers and changemakers, those who dare to dream big and have the courage to make it happen.

Collaboration for a Bright Future

This journey is certainly not one we can undertake alone. Therefore, we invite all stakeholders, local government, the business world, communities, parents, and especially prospective students, to jointly build Universitas Ciputra Makassar so that it can bring a positive impact to society. Let us create an inspiring learning environment where every individual is encouraged to explore their best potential.

My Commitment to You

As Chairman, I am committed to ensuring that every decision we make centers on the interests of our students and the quality of education. I will ensure that Universitas Ciputra Makassar becomes a place where talents are honed, character is formed, and big dreams are realized.

Let us together write a new chapter in the history of higher education in Eastern Indonesia. Let us prove that from Makassar, from Eastern Indonesia, future entrepreneurs and leaders will emerge to bring positive change to the nation and the world.

Thank you for your trust and support. Let us begin this extraordinary journey!

Entrepreneurial Greetings!
