In this specialization, students will be taught skills in leadership and management in the culinary business field. Hands-on learning is guided by experienced instructors with top-notch facilities, providing in-depth knowledge of various cuisines and beverages. Students will learn to identify consumer needs, design specific business plans in the culinary industry, expand their knowledge in business, management, and entrepreneurship, covering finance, human resources, foodservice, as well as marketing and promotion.
