Re-registration

All prospective students who have COMPLETED the payment for tuition fee must re-register. This re-registration is required to validate the registered information of each new student in CSB Makassar.

The re-registration process in CSB Makassar is divided into two stages, which are:

  1. The 1st Stage of Re-registration, which must be completed within 15 days after completion of payment.
  2. The 2nd Stage of Re-registration, can be done starting July 1, 2025.

You will receive an email reminder for each phase of the re-registration.

  • Login to : Admission (Click Here) and type in your form number and password
  • Fill in student and parent data entirely and truthfully
  • Upload the following documents in jpeg/pdf format :
      • Birth Certificate
      • Family Card
      • Report Card of Grade 10-11
      • Colored photo, wearing a white shirt and black suit, in a red background
      • Certificate of eye health (no color blindness/color vision deficiency) – specifically for prospective students of the VCD-DG, VCD-ILX, VCD-DMD study programs

1st stage of re-registration must be completed within 15 days after payment. After the 1st stage of re-registration documents is verified, prospective students will receive information on the Registration Serial Number via email.

Note : If you have been verified as a CSB Makassar student and received a student email “your.name@student.ciputra.ac.id”, then you are required to enter that email on your mobile phone and install the Google Calendar application.

  • Login to : Admission (Click Here) and type in your form number and password
  • Upload the following documents in jpeg/pdf format :
    • Report Card of Grade 12
    • High School Diploma. If unavailable, it may be substituted with the Certificate of Graduation
    • Citizen ID Card. If you don’t have an ID card, you don’t need to upload
    • Scanned Student Biodata Form, which has been affixed with Rp. 10,000,- duty stamp and signed (You can download the Student Biodata Form at the time of 2nd stage of re-registration login)

The 2nd stage of re-registration can be done starting July 1, 2025. The original (hardcopy) student biodata form must be sent to BAA through the address listed below. After the 2nd stage of re-registration document is verified, prospective students will receive information on the Student Identification Number (NIM) via email.

Delay in re-registering both the 1st and 2nd stage without confirmation will automatically cancel the registration.

Important Notes :

  • Prospective students who re-register both 1st and 2nd stage no later than July 31, 2025 (BAA has verified documents) will take part in the new student orientation program in the first period
  • Prospective students who re-register both 1st and 2nd stage starting in August 2025 will take part in the new student orientation program in the second period
