What is the Corporate Entrepreneurship Success Track?

As one of the 3 success tracks at Campus Ciputra Makassar, students will be facilitated to become professionals with intrapreneurship values capable of shaping their future careers. Corporate challenges in the future industrial era will become increasingly complex compared to previous times. Through this success track program, students are expected to adapt more easily to the dynamics and work culture of their dream high-qualification companies.

In this success track, a learning process combining theory and direct practice is applied alongside continuous evaluation. Starting from the dream job and dream company pyramid, job interview etiquette, psychological testing, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), to Role Play typically conducted in medium to large companies. Throughout the learning process, students will be treated as if working in a corporate office, including assessments of punctuality, dress code, and active participation.

Corporate Entrepreneurship Programs and Activities

The Corporate Entrepreneurship success track always offers engaging activities that also make it a fun club. Here are some activities in the Corporate Entrepreneurship success track:

• IKIGAI
  IKIGAI is a Japanese concept explaining the meaning and purpose of life. IKIGAI combines areas of interest, skills, societal needs, and what can be done to earn an income in the future. In the Corporate Entrepreneurship success track, an event regarding IKIGAI is also held. This event provides students with a deeper understanding of themselves, helping them determine the type of job they desire in the future.
• Declaration Day
  This event is held to conduct the contract signing process between students and the campus. Every Corporate Entrepreneurship success track student signs a contract on paper, signifying full commitment to pursuing the Corporate Entrepreneurship success track.
• Engagement Day
  In this event, a meeting is held between all incoming new cohorts to provide a more comprehensive introduction to the Corporate Entrepreneurship success track. This event encourages positive interaction between the new cohort and senior cohorts.

Corporate Entrepreneurship Success Track Management

In running this success track, qualified faculty advisors are present to support the future career development of Campus Ciputra Makassar students. The advisor managing this Corporate Entrepreneurship success track is Dr. Carolina Novi Mustikarini, S.E., M.Sc., LP-NLP. She is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the curriculum reflects corporate world needs and is committed to supporting students to achieve success in an increasingly complex professional landscape.

To ensure optimal execution, this success track is supported by a student board originating from Corporate Entrepreneurship students themselves. This Corporate Entrepreneurship organization is managed through different departmental divisions, designed similarly to corporate departments to establish a close link between academic programs and work practices. The student board includes departments such as CEO, Vice CEO, Human Capital Management (HCM), Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Close collaboration between student management and educators forms a strong foundation in this Corporate Entrepreneurship success track, where open communication, synergy, and deep understanding in every activity hone students’ capabilities.
