The Start-Up success track is one of 3 success tracks at Campus Ciputra Makassar. Start-Up Business facilitates students to enhance their entrepreneurial abilities and skills by honing them through the integration of knowledge from lecturers and renowned speakers, which is then applied directly through real-world experience in starting their own business through the planning, creation, and management of businesses across various industries entered. Students are expected to be able to develop an Entrepreneurial Mindset by managing their own Start-Up. With the spirit of entrepreneurship, the Start-Up Business success track has successfully pioneered more than 40 student businesses by providing a sales platform in the form of regular bazaars held on campus areas as well as in well-known shopping centers.

Start-Up Success Track Programs and Activities

In enhancing students’ Entrepreneurial Spirit, the Start-Up Business success track holds various exciting and educational activities aimed at providing an informative experience for CSB Makassar students. Some of these include:

• Bazaar
  Students who take the Start-Up Business success track participate in bazaars organized by the campus as well as external parties. Students with the culmination of studies provided manage their businesses starting from product testing, marketing, packaging design, to sales techniques.
• Seminar
  By inviting various experts and well-known business owners, students are expected to learn from the knowledge gained through the speakers’ experiences of failure and success in pioneering their businesses.
• Movie Day
  Not only learning inside classrooms, students on the Start-Up Business success track also learn in a fun way through Movie Day, which features inspiring stories of figures who built their businesses from scratch. Students are expected to analyze the entrepreneurship values possessed by these figures.

Behind the events held, the Start-Up Business success track has a brilliant management team consisting of students guided by the Start-Up success track advisor lecturer, Asriah Syam, S.E., M.M. With lecturer guidance and a vision to serve as a platform for entrepreneurial mindset for Campus Ciputra Makassar students, the Start-Up Business team executes various activities and events aligned with IPE values (Integrity, Professionalism, Entrepreneurship).
