Family Business is one of the 3 success tracks at Campus Ciputra Makassar. The Family Business success track refers to an approach or strategy used to achieve success in managing a family business. This concept involves a series of steps or principles that can help families build, grow, and sustain the success of their family enterprise. Students have the opportunity to learn and develop their Family Business alongside faculty advisors in the Family Business success track. Students will be taught relevant strategies to expand family businesses, keep up with current trends, navigate challenges, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Students will be taught core values that form the foundation of a family business, such as trust, integrity, and sustainability. They will also learn business management skills specifically tailored for family businesses, including succession planning, conflict management, and sustainable decision-making.

The Family Business success track offers programs and activities for students to support their family businesses, such as webinars on family business, online events featuring presentations and discussions about family business dynamics, a Fun Club with interactive programs for students who want to learn about family business dynamics, as well as Family Business events where students and lecturers share knowledge and network with family business owners and business practitioners.
