Re-registration for New Students
New Student Re-registration Guidelines:
To all prospective students who have completed FULL PAYMENT of tuition fees, completing re-registration is mandatory. This re-registration aims to validate registration data as a new student at Kampus Ciputra Makassar.
Re-registration at Kampus Ciputra Makassar is divided into 2 stages:
- Stage 1 Re-registration must be completed within 15 days after full payment is received and processed in the Kampus Ciputra Makassar registration system.
- Stage 2 Re-registration will open on July 1, 2026.
You will receive an email reminder for each stage of re-registration.
- Log in to: Admission (Click Here) then enter your form number and password
- Fill out the student and parent information completely and accurately
- Upload the following documents in JPEG/PDF format:
- Birth Certificate
- Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
- 10th and 11th Grade Report Cards
- Color passport photo wearing a white shirt and black blazer/suit with a red background
- Certificate of no color blindness (no color blindness/color vision deficiency) from a hospital – required for prospective students specializing in VCD-DG, VCD-ILX, VCD-DMD
Stage 1 re-registration must be completed no later than 15 days after full payment. Upon verification, prospective new students will receive a Student Registration Number via email.
Note: Once verified as a Kampus Ciputra Makassar student and assigned a student email address “your.name@student.ciputra.ac.id”, you are required to add that email account to your mobile phone and download the Google Calendar application.
- Log in to: Admission (Click Here) then enter your form number and password
- Upload the following documents in JPEG/PDF format:
- 12th Grade Report Card
- High School Diploma. If not yet available, it can be temporarily replaced by a Certificate of Graduation (SKL)
- National ID Card (KTP). If you do not have a KTP yet, you do not need to upload it
- Student Biodata Form, scanned with a Rp 10,000 duty stamp (materai) attached and signed (You can download the Student Biodata Form when logging in to perform Stage 2 re-registration)
Stage 2 re-registration can be carried out starting July 1, 2026. The original Student Biodata Form (hardcopy) must be submitted/sent to the Academic Administration Bureau (BAA) at the address provided below. Once the Stage 2 re-registration documents are verified, new students will receive information regarding their Student Identification Number (NIM) via email.
Note: Once verified as a Kampus Ciputra Makassar student and assigned a student email address “your.name@student.ciputra.ac.id”, you are required to add that email account to your mobile phone and download the Google Calendar application.

Delay in completing Stage 1 and Stage 2 re-registration without prior confirmation will result in automatic cancellation of registration.
Important Notes:
- New students who complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 re-registration no later than July 31, 2026 (with documents verified by BAA) are eligible to join new student orientation in the first period
- New students who complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 re-registration starting August 2026 will join new student orientation in the second period
